Dear Representative,

Thank you for your continued partnership with the Phoenix Ophthalmological Society. Your support plays an important role in the success of our educational programs, and we appreciate the relationships we’ve built over the years.

We are pleased to invite your company to exhibit at our upcoming 2026–2027 meetings:

  • Thursday, September 17, 2026

  • Thursday, November 5, 2026

  • Thursday, February 18, 2027

  • Thursday, April 15, 2027

All meetings will be held at The Scottsdale Hilton, 6333 North Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85250. Exhibitor setup begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the exhibitor event at 6:00 p.m. in a dedicated ballroom prior to the dinner meeting. A six‑foot table will be provided. If electricity is required, please indicate this on the registration form; the hotel assesses a $50 per‑event charge.

We offer two exhibitor levels:

  • Preferred Status – up to 6 representatives with premium table placement, $1,000 per meeting

  • Traditional Status – up to 3 representatives, $500 per meeting

Our membership includes 115 ophthalmologists across all subspecialties, with an average of 65 physicians attending each meeting.
